Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to request a refund if the order is incorrect. 

We are able to correct the issue better the sooner the issue is known

We do not accept returns or exchanges on meals or BEAST Gear. If we gave you the wrong meal/gear or it arrives damaged, you can request a refund on your order in the form of a store credit + correcting the problem. We have the right to make final decision to issue a refund. 


If you place an order for the following week and need to cancel, you must do so before Thursday by 12pm EST. We will refund your cancellation in the form of a store credit.
